Course Description: This course reviews design trends by focusing on toilet system technology and its incorporation into bathroom design. Compare a variety of systems and discuss how each can enhance function and style within the space. Discuss the role of architects and designers in water efficiency designs – striking a balance between sustainable needs and space-saving, design flexibility. By narrowing the scope to bathroom design, attention will be given to examining the appropriate ADA design criteria as well as relevant building code requirements.
